  Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM...
Until 315 AM CDT....

At 232 AM CDT...A strong thunderstorm was located 8 nm south of
Perdido Pass...moving northeast at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Pickens, Pensacola Pass, and Big Lagoon.

The primary threats from this storm are wind gusts up to 30 knots...
locally higher waves...and heavy downpours. Boaters should consider
seeking safe harbor until this storm has passed.

Weather conditions support the development of waterspouts.
Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
waves and seas. If a waterspout is sighted...seek safe harbor
immediately.
