.DISCUSSION...Showers and storms are expected off and on at the burn
site this morning through early this afternoon. We should see a lull
in the storms again late this afternoon with re-development of storms
after midnight. Showers and storms will be drifting to the northeast
off the Gulf. Minimum relative humidity remains above critical levels.
Transport winds will be southwesterly both days. Dispersion index will
be fair both afternoons at the burn site.
Fog potential and other remarks... Fog is not expected.
