humidity values remaining above critical thresholds. Transport
winds will be light and northwesterly during the morning hours,
shifting to more southwesterly during the afternoon hours.
Afternoon dispersion index values will be fair to generally good.

Fog potential and other remarks...Patchy light fog is possible
well north of I-10 tonight and Tuesday night.
