expected to develop widespread on Tuesday and Wednesday. Minimum
relative humidity values remain well above critical thresholds.
Transport winds will become more southerly on Tuesday and
southwesterly on Wednesday around 10 to 15 mph. Afternoon
dispersion index values will be fair to generally good both days.

Fog potential and other remarks...Fog development is not
expected.
