...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Florida, including the following
  county, Santa Rosa.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of low-lying and flood-prone locations is
  imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 655 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall
    beginning to move to the east of the warned area. Many
    locations in the warned area received heavy rainfall
    overnight, with radar rainfall estimates and public gauge
    reports of 3 to 6 inches in the vicinity of Navarre and
    Navarre Beach. Local law enforcement reported flooded roads
    near the intersection of Navarre Parkway and Pritchard Point
    Drive earlier this morning. Flooding is likely still ongoing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
