...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Florida, including the following
  county, Santa Rosa.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 720 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    slow-moving thunderstorms. Minor flooding is expected to
    begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 to 3 inches of
    rain have already fallen with light rain ongoing.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Milton, Point Baker, Roeville, Allentown, Indian Ford, Ward
    Basin, Harold, Broxson, Floridale, Parkerville, New York and
    Chumuckla.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
