  Recent heavy rain over the Saint Johns River basin is leading to
  slow but steady rises in river levels. At Deland, the river is
  forecast to remain in Action Stage through at least the weekend. At
  Sanford, the river is forecast to continue a very slow rise to near
  Action Stage. And at Geneva (Above Lake Harney), the river is
  forecast to continue a very slow rise to reach Action Stage by late
  week. Additional heavy rain over the basin could cause further
  rises, so interests along the river should monitor for further
