* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31 expected.

* WHERE...Inland Volusia and Northern Lake.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
