AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts 35 to 40 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Brevard, Osceola, Indian River, Saint Lucie, Martin and
  Okeechobee counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 3 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
