...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM EST...

For the following areas...
Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 0-20 nm...
Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 20-60 nm...

At 252 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm was located 50 nm east of
Playalinda Beach, moving northeast at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
         waves, lightning and heavy downpours. Make sure all on
         board are wearing life jackets. Return to safe harbor if
         possible. Large hail could result in injury and damage to
         boats.

The severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
