Dry conditions as high pressure shifts over the eastern seaboard
and Florida, but onshore flow will allow some moisture recovery
along the coastal corridor, resulting in min RHs 45-50 pct. NNE-NE
winds 10-15 mph with gusts to 20 mph this afternoon diminish 5-10
mph tonight and Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon, winds shift
to the NE-ENE and pick back up to 10-15 mph with gusts to 20 mph
in an early, diffuse east coast sea breeze. Cycle repeats
Thursday night into Friday, with winds gradually shifting to the
E-ESE. Dispersion values Very Good.
