However, winds are then forecast to shift to the southeast up to 8 to 10 mph later in the afternoon as the east coast sea breeze moves inland past the burn site. Scattered to numerous showers and storms are forecast to develop along the sea breeze into the afternoon and evening, with chance of rain around 60 percent.
