Fire Weather Planning Forecast for East Central Florida
National Weather Service Melbourne FL
300 PM EDT Sat Oct 5 2024

.Discussion...
Deeper moisture returns across our area next week as a front sags
slowly southward. This will lead to periods of rain and a few
storms each day from Sunday through Tuesday. East-northeast winds
5-15 mph early in the week with only fair dispersion. Tropical
Storm Milton will approach the area sometime Wednesday with
wind/rain impacts likely.

Fog potential and other remarks...widespread fog is not forecast.
Localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or existing
fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
