.Discussion...
High pressure remains in control of our weather. However, high
humidity and the sea breezes will spark scattered showers and
storms each day. The focus for storms today will be along the
Treasure Coast in the early afternoon, then around Greater Orlando
in the late afternoon and early evening hours. Coastal areas
north of Vero Beach will see lower storm chances (30%) today. Each
day, RH minima fall to 50-60%, and southeast winds 5-12 mph are
forecast. Dispersion will be generally good.
Temperatures will be near to above normal this week. Combined
with high humidity, peak heat index values will approach 102-107F.
Fog potential and other remarks...patchy ground fog is possible
early this morning. Localized visibility reductions due to smoke
from new or existing fires will be possible even if fog is not
forecast.
