.Discussion...
High pressure briefly builds into the Florida peninsula early this
weekend, as a dry front stalls south of the area. Then, another dry
front will pass through the area on Sunday. Increasing min RH concerns,
with min RH 25-35 percent along and north of the I-4 corridor this
afternoon spreading to encompass most of the area north of the
Treasure Coast and Okeechobee County tomorrow. Some improvement
forecast Sunday behind the next front, though min RH in the 30
percent range will linger over the interior.
Fortunately, winds are forecast to remain around 10mph or less through
the period, as they veer from northerly today to westerly on Saturday.
Breezier northerly conditions are forecast Sunday, though this will
primarily be along the coast, where min RH will remain above critical
levels. Near to slightly below normal high temperatures. Poor to fair
dispersion today becoming generally good this weekend.
Fog potential and other remarks...Widespread fog is not forecast.
Localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or existing
fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
