.Discussion...
High pressure holds control through the weekend, and a period
of warm, dry weather continues. Light and variable winds are
forecast to shift onshore each afternoon as a weak sea breeze
develops. Min RH values fall into the 40s across the interior,
while ranging 50-60 percent across coastal counties each
afternoon. Smoke dispersion mostly remains poor to fair through
the weekend. However, dispersion becomes generally good north
and west of I-4 Sunday.
Fog potential and other remarks... Areas of fog are forecast
across much of east central Florida tonight becoming more
widespread north and west of I-4. There are increased
probabilities for locally dense fog in vicinity of recent burns
where lingering smoke may mix with developing fog. Localized
visibility reductions due to smoke from new or existing fires
will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
