...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EDT THIS EVENING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Florida, including the following
  county, Brevard.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 407 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in
    the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 4 and
    6 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in
    the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Palm Bay, Melbourne, West Melbourne, Melbourne Village and
    June Park.
