.SYNOPSIS...A moderate to fresh northeast breeze will combine
with increasing seas to create poor to hazardous boating
conditions across the local Atlantic waters through Friday.
Mostly dry conditions are forecast through late week, though
isolated showers are possible through Thursday night.
