Synopsis for Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet out to 60 nm

.SYNOPSIS...Poor to hazardous boating conditions through at least
early Tuesday. High pressure in the western Atlantic extending
over Florida begins to shift southeast ahead of an approaching
cold front, forecast to push through the area late Monday and
early Tuesday, followed by a weakening secondary front late
Tuesday into Wednesday. High pressure shifts into the eastern
seaboard and Florida behind the second front Thursday.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Southerly winds 15 to 20 knots, increasing
to around 20 knots offshore of Volusia this afternoon.
