.SYNOPSIS...Onshore winds veer southerly overnight, as a cold
front approaches the waters. Boating conditions deteriorate
tonight into Tuesday. Isolated to scattered showers and perhaps a
few storms will be possible across the waters tonight, before
higher coverage builds Tuesday ahead of the front. Behind the
front, winds and seas slowly subside through midweek, as weak
high pressure settles over the southern Appalachians.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...South to southeast winds increasing to
15-25 knots after midnight tonight, with seas building up to 6
feet north of the Cape.
