.SYNOPSIS...Poor to Hazardous boating conditions will continue
today. Then, high pressure over the western Atlantic weakens
slightly, as Hurricane Rafael continues to move west-northwest
across the central Gulf of Mexico. Boating conditions will improve
slightly Friday and into the weekend. Until then, a strong
pressure gradient will continue to produce moderate to fresh
onshore winds across the local Atlantic through tonight.
Hazardous boating conditions look to return again by late in the
weekend.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...East to Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots
with frequent higher gusts and seas 6 to 8 feet subsiding to 5 to
6 feet by late afternoon.
