Building seas will produce poor to hazardous boating conditions. Heavy rain and lightning storm potential will continue to increase. Tropical Storm Milton is forecast to strengthen to a hurricane in the Gulf before reaching Florida by mid week. Dangerous impacts over our local waters are becoming more likely. .GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Seas 5 to 7 feet in an easterly long- period swell.
