.SYNOPSIS...Poor to hazardous boating conditions will persist
across the local Atlantic waters through tonight. Winds gradually
ease going into the weekend, but seas, especially offshore, will
remain elevated today and tonight. Mostly dry conditions are
expected, though isolated, brief showers cannot be ruled out.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Seas 5 to 8 feet.
