.DISCUSSION...

20 foot winds will turn out of the west-southwest this afternoon
as low pressure develops in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Sustained readings between 5-10 MPH are forecast, with gusts up to
20 MPH possible. These winds will bring even drier air into
southern Wisconsin from the Great Plains, resulting in minimum
relative humidities in the middle 20 percents locally. Readings
could briefly drop into the lower 20 percents if temperatures warm
more than currently forecast. Recovery to near 80 percent will
occur tonight. A cold front will move across the region tonight,
bringing a northerly wind shift and snow. Minor accumulations
below an inch are possible on grassy surfaces.
