Sustained readings between 5-10 MPH are forecast, with gusts up to 20 MPH possible. These winds will bring even drier air into southern Wisconsin from the Great Plains, resulting in minimum relative humidities in the middle 20 percents locally. Readings could briefly drop into the lower 20 percents if temperatures warm more than currently forecast. Recovery to near 80 percent will occur tonight. A cold front will move across the region tonight, bringing a northerly wind shift and snow. Minor accumulations below an inch are possible on grassy surfaces. .REST OF TODAY...
