.DISCUSSION...

The weather for Monday is a little uncertain, but there is going
to be an area of deep moisture arriving in southern/central WI
sometime on Monday, probably in the afternoon. The arrival time
may change and probably a later time rather than earlier.
This moisture area will also feature strong (20-30 mph) southwest
winds just above the surface with a strong inversion at 2000 ft
or lower, and scattered light snow or rain showers (wintry mix
possible).

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (55-65 percent). Slight chance of
                    snow late in the morning.
Temperature.........33 at ignition...Max 43.
RH..................53 percent at ignition...Min 49 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds south at 6 mph at ignition...otherwise
                    Southeast winds 8 to 14 mph. Gusts up to 20 mph
                    early in the afternoon.
