.DISCUSSION...

Another warm day is expected today, before a cold front passes through
the region tonight.  Cooler, but windy and very dry conditions are expected
for Tuesday, with afternoon RH falling into the 25-35 percent range in
many locations.  It will not be as windy on Wednesday, but still very dry,
with a high potential for RH under 30 percent.
