Winds will become breezy out of the northeast today and remain
breezy through tonight. Quiet weather will prevail today. A period
or light rain is likely during the overnight hours. Low clouds and
light rain may linger over southern Wisconsin Wednesday morning.
The minimum relative humidity will be 40 to 50 percent for inland
areas and higher near Lake Michigan today.
