.DISCUSSION...
Scattered, light rain showers will slowly exit southern WI from
west to east through late morning, and clouds will linger into
this evening. A cold front featuring a wind shift to the northwest
will stall over south central WI this afternoon, and then
accelerate through all of southern WI Tuesday morning. Mixing
heights and transport winds will be low today. The minimum RH
values will drop to around 40 behind the front toward central WI
this afternoon.
