.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will build across WI today bringing lighter,
northerly winds along with dry conditions. Expect min RHs ranging
between 25-40 percent for inland areas this afternoon with lowest
values in southwestern WI, while higher values greater than 40
percent expected along and east of the Kettle Moraine to Lake
Michigan. Mixing heights will generally top off between
3.6-4.3kft this afternoon. Similar conditions expected for
Thursday, but with more variable winds.
