.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will remain over the Great Lakes Region through
Tuesday. By late Tuesday into Wednesday the high pressure will
be over the New England states and its influence over Wisconsin
will break. Light and variable winds are expected through Tuesday.
Winds become easterly Tuesday night and then southeast to
southerly Wednesday. Temperatures will be in the upper 70s to mid
80s through mid week with minimum RH values in the 40s and 50s.
