.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will move across the region tonight, then to the
east on Monday. The high will bring quiet weather with light
winds. Minimum relative humidity values will be in the 38 to 48
percent range. Mixing height will rise above 3000 feet AGL well
inland from Lake Michigan, with good smoke dispersal values.
Increasing south winds will bring warm and humid conditions into
the area Monday night and Tuesday, with a cold front passing
through Tuesday night and early Wednesday. Rounds of showers and
thunderstorms are forecast during this period. Fair smoke
dispersal values are expected Tuesday, with mixing heights under
2000 feet AGL and higher minimum relative humidity values than
Monday.
