PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rock River at Jefferson.

* WHEN...From this morning to early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Water affects low lying areas of
  residential property in the City of Jefferson. Rock River Park and
  boat launch is affected north of town near Hwy B.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 10.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage late this
    morning to 9.9 feet this afternoon. It will then rise above
    flood stage this evening to 10.5 feet early Tuesday morning.
    It will fall below flood stage again Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    10.6 feet on 03/17/2009.
