Wave model and buoy data indicate that wave heights are beginning
to decline. Hence, the High Swim Risk for Racine and Kenosha
County beaches will be allowed to expire on time at 3 PM this
afternoon. A Moderate Swim Risk remains in effect for these areas
into this evening.
