...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

Areas of fog, dense at times, has developed across portions of the
coastal plain early this morning. Visibilities could reach one
quarter mile or less at times. Patchy freezing fog may also occur
early this morning, in areas where temperatures drop to or below
freezing. Some bridges and overpasses may become slick.

If you need to travel, turn on your low beam headlights when
approaching fog, drive slowly, and keep your distance from other
vehicles.
