* Until 100 AM EDT.

* At 1200 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Kill Devil
  Hills, or near The Center Of Roanoke Sound, moving north at 20
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Marine Observation. This thunderstorm recently produced a
           35 knot over the Croatan Sound.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Ar140, Ar130, The Center
  Of Roanoke Sound, Duck, and Ar145.
