  Neuse and Bay Rivers...

At 329 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of strong
thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These
thunderstorms was located near The Vicinity Of Slocum Creek, or 10
nm west of Oriental, moving northeast at 20 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
