At 642 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 34 nm southeast of Diamond Shoals to 24 nm east of
Atlas Tanker to 17 nm south of Ar345, moving east at 45 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
         structural damage.

Locations impacted include...
Monitor Marine Sanctuary, Northwest Places, Ar285, Atlas Tanker, R-8
Buoy, 14 Buoy, Cape Lookout, The Knuckle Buoy, and Big Ten Fathom.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
