...AREAS OF DENSE MARINE FOG UNTIL 7 AM ACROSS THE NORTHERN
WATERS AND SOUNDS...

Areas of locally dense marine fog will reduce visibility to less
than 1 NM across the northern waters and sounds early this
morning. Low visibility will make navigation difficult. Some
improvement in visibility is expected after 7 AM as an area of
rain overspreads the area.

Reduce your speed and keep a look out for other vessels,
buoys and breakwaters. Keep your navigation lights on. If not
equipped with radar you should consider returning to port or
remain at the docks until the fog lifts. Make sure your crew is
wearing properly fitted life jackets.
