this afternoon with the development of the afternoon seabreeze.
This will lead to a noticeable wind shift from northeast to
southeast between 2pm-4pm. A more dominant southeast or south wind
is then expected through Friday. The driest conditions are
expected today, with increasing relative humidity on Friday.
