.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
Cool and dry high pressure will build over the Eastern Seaboard
on Thursday and Friday as Hurricane Milton passes well to the
south of the Carolinas and the system moves towards the Central
Atlantic this weekend. High pressure will slowly migrate south
this weekend with a cold front pushing through the area early
next week. A second high pressure system then builds over the
Eastern Seaboard midweek next week.
