* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Cape Blanco OR to Pt. St. George CA out 10
  nm...
  Waters from Cape Blanco OR to Pt. St. George CA from 10 to 60 nm...

* Until 1115 AM PDT.

* At 1045 AM PDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 12 nm south of Cape Blanco, moving east at
  40 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and small
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* The severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
