...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PDT THIS
MORNING FOR EAST WIND WITH POOR OVERNIGHT RH RECOVERY AND STRONG
GUSTY WIND AND LOW RH FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 280, 618, 619, 620,
621, 622 and 623...

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop could spread rapidly.

* AFFECTED AREA...In California...Fire weather zone 280. In
  Oregon, fire weather zones 618, 619, 620, 621, 622 and 623.
  This includes portions of the Western Klamath National Forest,
  Southern Oregon Coast, Western Siskiyou National Forest, and the
  Illinois Valley. It also includes the Siskiyou Mountains,
  portions of the Rogue River National Forest in the Eastern Rogue
  Valley region and the Winema National Forest of westernmost
  Klamath County nearest the Southern Oregon Cascades.

* WIND...East 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph easing to 10 to 20
  mph this afternoon.

* HUMIDITY...Recoveries of only 20 to 35 percent this morning.
  Single digits to upper teens this afternoon.
