Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. * AFFECTED AREA...All of Fire Weather Zone 284. * THUNDERSTORMS...Scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms across the region. * OUTFLOW WINDS...Gusts up to 45 mph.
