* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31 degrees expected.

* WHERE...Curry County Coast and South Central Oregon Coast. This
  includes the cities of Lakeside, Coos Bay, Coquille, Myrtle Point,
  and Powers.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

* WHAT...Very cold temperatures as low as 15 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northern California and south central and
  southwest Oregon.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Sunday to 9 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
  prolonged exposure.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and
unfrozen water.
