For the Gale Warning, southwest winds 30 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 23 to 25 ft at 14 seconds expected. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 20 to 25 ft at 14 seconds expected. * WHERE...All the areas. * WHEN...For the Storm Warning, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.
