...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM PDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 10 to 20 kt and steep seas 10 to 12 ft at 7
  seconds through this evening. After brief, slight improvement
  late tonight, north winds increase Sunday to 15 to 25 kt with
  gusts up to 30 kt and steep wind-driven seas 7 to 9 ft at 6
  seconds. Steep seas will then persist into Tuesday morning.

* WHERE...All of the area.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and steep seas could capsize or damage
  smaller vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners and those operating smaller vessels should

...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM SUNDAY TO 5 AM PDT
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and very
  steep combined seas 9 to 13 feet at 6 seconds through tonight.
  Sunday morning, winds becoming north 25 to 35 kt with gusts to
  45 kt and seas becoming very steep and wind-driven at 10 to 14
  ft at 7 seconds.

* WHERE...Gales and very steep seas are expected south of Port
  Orford, with Small Craft Advisory conditions elsewhere.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 8 AM PDT Sunday.
  For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Tuesday. For the
  Gale Warning, from 8 AM Sunday to 5 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.

Mariners should alter plans to avoid strong winds and very steep
seas. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or
