A strong inversion will be in place through the morning hours, but
we expect mixing to start around 11 am to noon. Thereafter, mixing
is expected to occur; however, heights will be poor throughout
the day, and will likely struggle to reach 2000 feet. Expect
mostly sunny skies throughout the day. Wind speeds  will
generally be light today. Winds increase with gusty winds expected
Saturday night and continuing through the day on Sunday.
