Dry and stable conditions with strong valley inversions
will persist through the end of the week. A dry cold front will
bring gusty north to northeast winds Friday afternoon into Sunday.
Winds will be strongest on Saturday, especially on the mountains and
in the Shasta Valley. Daytime relative humidities will trend lower
over the weekend with moderate to poor recoveries on ridge tops
Sunday and into early next week. High pressure returns Sunday and
will last through at least the middle of next week.
