.DISCUSSION...Most areas will remain dry and through tonight. It will
be windy in the Shasta Valley into this evening. A weak front will
bring some light rain to the coast, especially north of Cape Blanco
and in the lower Umpqua Valley late to into Monday, while it remains
dry elsewhere. it will remain dry most areas Monday, and possibly into
Tuesday afternoon. Then, unsettled weather returns Tuesday evening
through Wednesday with rain, moderate to heavy snow in the mountains,
and a period of gusty south winds.
