Fire Weather Forecast for southern Oregon and northern California
National Weather Service Medford, OR
250 PM PST Fri Nov 8 2024

.DISCUSSION...Dry weather will continue tonight into Saturday. RH
recoveries will still be moderate in some mid-slope and high
elevation locations, though humidities will improve some this
weekend. An active pattern is likely to develop this weekend into
next week. A weak front moves in Saturday night, but with
precipitation confined mostly to the coast. A strong front is
expected late Sunday into Monday with widespread wetting rainfall
and snow above 4500 feet in the mountains. Gusty winds could
precede the front in the Shasta Valley and east of the Cascades.
