.DISCUSSION...Dry and stable conditions with strong valley
inversions will persist through the end of the week. A dry cold
front will bring gusty north to northeast winds Friday afternoon
into Sunday. Winds will be strongest on Saturday and daytime
relative humidities will trend lower over the weekend with
unseasonably low values expected on Sunday. High pressure returns
Sunday and will last through at least the middle of next week.
