...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern
Collier, northern Miami-Dade, southeastern Hendry and southern
Broward Counties through 515 PM EDT...

At 448 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking
a strong thunderstorm 9 miles southwest of Miccosukee Indian
Reservation, or 29 miles northeast of Everglades City, moving south
at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Miccosukee Indian Reservation, Big Cypress Seminole Reservation, Big
Cypress National Preserve, and Miccosukee Service Plaza.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These winds can down small tree limbs and branches, and blow around
unsecured small objects. Seek shelter in a safe building until the
storm passes.
